BENICHU「BAIJO」的檸檬草梅酒，帶有獨特檸檬草香味的梅酒，選用了產量非常稀有的福井県「紅映梅(べにさし)」。紅映梅產量是僅佔全國梅子產量的2%，是十分稀有的梅。酒精度只有8%，特別受女士歡迎。

2021年，這款「檸檬草梅酒」將入選世界上最獨特的國際酒類大賽Femina，該賽事將由來自世界各地的女性葡萄酒專家，包括女侍酒師、女釀酒師、女葡萄酒記者進行嚴格盲評。和女廚師，還在利茲世界葡萄酒大賽金獎獲得上。
